UNIT4 GmbH & Co.KG has for Exyte Technology GmbH, one of the leading companies for clean room technologies and user-specific development and production environments, in which the ambient air must not contain any dirt particles and which are therefore required for processes with the highest quality requirements, in the architectural planning of the new state-of-the-art production facility in Renningen, near Stuttgart, on a total area of approx. 10.300 m². The planning and construction time for the greenfield production facility for clean room filter and precision air conditioning systems was 16 months. A further approx. 3.000 m² production area was kept free on the 25.000 m² property as planned for a possible expansion.
The production area is 8.700 m², of which approx. 3.500 m² are used in the so-called clean room and again 300 m² in a production area with ISO 3 clean room requirements.
Laboratory areas, prototype production, test areas as well as a logistics area that meets the latest standards, completes this modern development and production building at the Renningen location in addition to open-plan and individual offices with modern communication zones and the canteen area for employees.
