A data center made the highest demands in many areas: The building was realized in accordance with TÜViT certification TSI Level 4. This means the highest requirements in the area of ​​EMC protection and burglary protection, increased fire protection requirements for property protection reasons and a completely separate flow of people and materials between IT and system technology. It was also necessary to plan for redundancy and an independent emergency power supply. An onion-skin building concept protects sensitive areas against external forces and thus offers the greatest possible protection.

One of the challenges was the extremely short planning, award and implementation time. We therefore rely on complex breakthrough management during the planning phase using BIM-3D between the client, architecture and TWP. This made it possible to meet and implement all the requirements of the customer and TÜViT in the planning process accompanying the construction. And at the same time to take into account and efficiently integrate the large number of people involved in planning and control instances.
