Invited competition for the redesign of the town center of Stuttgart-Botnang. The new building has to be planned for student apartments, assisted living, income-supported rental apartments and townhouses. In addition there must be incorporated a discounter, socio-cultural facilities such as day care centers, meeting places, music academies and 60 underground parking lots are also to be provided.
